Our Commitment to Privacy

Warrior International values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

This policy describes the personal information we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use it. Our policy also describes the choices you can make about how we collect and use your information. What kind of information does Warrior International collect?

We collect information, such as name, e-mail and postal addresses, phone and credit card numbers from you when you visit our website or one of our stores, place an order online or by phone, make an in-store purchase, save your info with us online, or participate in a contest, promotion or survey. We maintain a record of your product interests and the purchases you make online or by phone and in our stores, and may also acquire information about you from our joint marketing partners, from unrelated third parties, and from our affiliates.

How does Warrior International use my information?

When you place an order or make a purchase from Warrior International, we use your personal information to process your order, send you e-mails to confirm your order or to contact you via phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have other questions regarding your order or purchase.

When you place an order, make a purchase or save your information online, we will use your e-mail and postal address to send you information about our products, services, contests, and promotions and to help us learn more about your shopping preferences. If you participate in a contest or promotion, we may use your personal information to send you e-mails, postal mail, or telephone (including text messages) regarding our products, services, contests and promotions. From time to time, we may use this information to contact you via e-mail, postal mail, or telephone to learn more about your shopping preferences. You always have the choice not to receive marketing information or calls.

In addition, we may use information about your product interests and purchases from us and our affiliates, including without limitation, Banana Republic and Old Navy, to help us improve our site design and your online and in-store shopping experiences. We may contact you, subject to the choices you have made, via e-mail, postal mail, or telephone, to conduct market research and learn more about how we can improve our product offerings.

To serve you better, we may combine information you give us and information about your product interest and purchases.

Does Warrior International share my information with third parties?


How do I access my information? How do I change or delete my information?

You can review, change or delete certain personal information related to your use of our online sites (e.g., name and contact information). To access your information online, simply click "My Account" at the top of any page, sign in when prompted to do so, and you'll be able to edit your personal information. You can also ask us to update your personal information, by calling us at (714) 970-1138, writing us at Warrior International Customer Services, 5532 E La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807, USA, or you may click here to e-mail Warrior International.

How do I exercise my choices about receiving promotional communications?

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive promotional information from us or our affiliated brands, or if you do not want us to use your information to enhance your shopping experience, please let us know by sending us an e-mail. Please be sure to include your full name and the e-mail address you used when you registered with or made a purchase from us. Also, you can change your newsletter settings in your "My Account" section.

Please also note that when you purchase from us, we will continue to confirm your order by e-mail. In addition, we may also need to contact you via phone, e-mail or postal mail with other questions regarding your order.

Credit Card Safeguard

At Warrior International we don't just stand behind our merchandise. We also do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience.

If you're not quite comfortable shopping online, or would prefer to make your purchase via telephone, just give us a call at (714) 970-1138. Our Customer Service representatives are available 8:00am to 6:00pm seven days a week. They'll be happy to take your Warrior International order right over the phone.

Credit Card Safety

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's server.

CVV (credit card security code)

In an effort to make your shopping experience as secure as possible, we now require that you to enter your credit card's 3 to 4 digit security code (CVV). Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing it helps to prevent credit card fraud.

Your credit card information is secure

To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."

Some browser versions and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at Warrior International. If for any reason you cannot access the secure server, please feel free to place your order with us by phone at (714) 970-1138, option 1. Our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you.


A cookie is a small data file that Web sites often store on your computer's hard drive when you visit their sites. A cookie may contain information (such as a unique user ID), that is used to track the pages of the sites you've visited. We use cookies but do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie.

We use cookies in order to improve your shopping experience. When you visit Warrior International, your cookie helps us keep track of your order as you shop at our site. If you have saved your information with us, your cookie allows us to recognize you when you return to our site and provides you with access to your account information. If you saved your information with or order from us, we also use cookies to monitor and maintain information about your use of our site. We also use cookies to track and maintain the identity of the Web site you visited immediately prior to ours to further improve our site design and to fulfill contracts with our business partners. We do not otherwise track any information about your use of other Web sites.

You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you turn off cookies, though, we will not be able to track your order or enable you to make a purchase from our site. Nor will we be able to recognize you as a signed up user to allow you access to your account information.

  • Netscape Navigator / Communicator:

    Select "Advanced" from the left-hand menu

  • Internet Explorer 5.0 for PC:
    Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu
    Click the "Security" tab
    Click "Custom Level" at the bottom of the window
    Scroll down to "Cookies"
    Select "Always accept cookies"
    Click "OK"

  • Internet Explorer 5.0 for Mac:
    Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu
    Select "Receiving Files"
    Select the option "Never ask" under "When receiving cookies"
    Click "OK"

  • Internet Explorer 6.0 for PC:
    To change your privacy settings to "Medium":
    Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" Menu.
    Click the "Privacy" Tab.
    Set the Privacy Slider to "Medium."
    Click "OK."

For our customers using Internet Explorer 6.0

If you do not wish to change your privacy settings to "Medium" and you are currently using the "Medium High" or "High" settings, you may choose to override your current cookie handling practices for individual sites that you specify. To do this, select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu, and click on the "Edit" button in the "Override cookie handling for individual websites" section. This will open the "Per Site Privacy Actions" dialogue box.

Type "" in the "Address of Website" box. Click the "Allow" button. Click the "OK" button, then close the "Per Site Privacy Actions" dialogue box. Click the "OK" button to close the "Internet Options" dialogue box and apply your changes.

Web Browsers

Fightshop Online is best viewed with AOL version 5.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator version 4.7 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher. You can upgrade your browser at AOL, at Netscape, or at Microsoft for free.

Macintosh users running AOL 3.0 will not be able to place orders with Fightshop Online, as this browser version does not support SSL technology. Either upgrade your AOL browser or place your order by phone at (714) 970-1138, available 8:00am to 6:00pm daily.

WebTV users can browse our site but they are also unable to place orders at Fightshop Online. WebTV users should place their order by phone at (714) 970-1138.

Enabling JavaScript

Does this site use JavaScript?

Yes, you cannot shop the Warrior International site unless your Web browser supports JavaScript. If your firewall does not allow JavaScript from the Web in general, you will need to ask your network administrator to enable JavaScript for the Warrior International site.

How can I enable JavaScript in my Web browser?

If you are using Internet Explorer 7.x, 6.x, 5.x or 4.x (Windows):

  1. Click the Tools menu
  2. Click Internet Options ..., to open the Internet Options dialog box
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Click the Internet symbol (a globe)
  5. Click the Custom Level ... button, to open the Security Settings dialog box
  6. In the Settings list, scroll down to Scripting
  7. Under Active Scripting, click Enable, so that a dot appears next to it
  8. (If you are unsure about the other Security Settings, please check with your Network Administrator)
  9. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box
  10. Click Yes in the Warning! message box
  11. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box

If you are using Netscape 6.x:

  1. Click Edit, then click Preferences
  2. Click on Advanced.
  3. Check Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
  4. Click the OK button.

If you are using Netscape 4.x:

  1. Click Edit, then click Preferences
  2. Click on Advanced.
  3. Check Enable JavaScript.
  4. Click the OK button.


A few plug-ins will enhance your shopping experience at Warrior International Online. To view our television advertisements, experience multimedia effects, view downloaded order forms, and take advantage of other features, you need to download and install the following plug-ins.

QuickTime: to play movies.

Flash: to view the homepage animation and many of our seasonal shops and features.

Adobe Acrobat Reader: to download certain forms.

Once the software has downloaded completely, locate it on your hard drive, and follow the included installation instructions.
